Q. What are the operating hours?
A. It is available 24 hours a day.
Q. Do you accept card payments?
A. We accept card payments, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, and Kakao Pay.
Q. Do you accept cash payments?
A. Unfortunately, our system does not accept cash payments. Please have a card ready.
Q. Can I open and close the door multiple times during my rental period?
A. Yes, you can. After payment, you can use the "temporary open" feature on the system.
Q. What is the difference between "temporary open" and "end use"?
A. "Temporary open" allows you to access your locker and then continue using it. "End use" means you have retrieved your items and your rental period has ended. You will need to make a new payment to use it again.
Q. Can I reserve a locker?
A. Unfortunately, our system does not support locker reservations. Please visit the location directly to use a locker.
Q. Can I use a locker when visiting KINTEX and Goyang Sports Complex?
A. Yes, our Daehwa Station Branch 04 is located within 10m of Exit 4 of Daehwa Station. Store your unnecessary luggage and visit KINTEX and Goyang Sports Complex with light hands. Also useful when using KINTEX Station and Juyeop Station.
Q. Can I use a locker when visiting Gocheok Sky Dome?
A. Yes, our Gocheok Dome branch is located a 1-minute walk from the Gocheok Sky Dome main plaza. Keep24 will keep your unnecessary bags or coats safe so you can cheer enthusiastically. Also useful when using Guil, Gaebong, and Guro stations.
